Abstract Retirement centers today face three structural crises: erosion of organizational memory due to the departure of senior retirees, ignoring member diversity (from needy to capable), and losing crisis opportunities (war, earthquake, internet blackout). The "Smart Service Synchronization" plan is an operational strategy to solve all three problems simultaneously. This plan defines eight intelligent agents (actors) that, without requiring digital skills from retirees and without changing the center's structure, deliver services to those in need, follow up automatically, and learn from feedback. The initial investment for nationwide coverage is estimated at approximately 600 million Toman, with return on investment possible within 18 to 24 months. This document includes technical architecture, a 10-month implementation roadmap, measurable indicators, and risk management strategies. The plan is implementable in a single provincial center and replicable to other retirement centers in the country (National Pension Fund, Social Security, Oil, Steel).
