Abstract

本文系统探讨了科技创新与产业创新融合发展的现实动因、主要模式、关键障碍及优化路径。研究发现, 二者融合不仅是技术进步向现实生产力转化的必然要求,更是构建现代化产业体系、实现新质生产力跃升的核心机制。 通过分析产学研协同、数字技术赋能、创新生态构建等典型融合模式,本文指出当前仍存在体制机制壁垒、要素配置 效率不高、创新链产业链衔接不畅等问题。为此,提出应从制度供给、主体协同、要素保障、生态营造等维度系统推 进融合进程,特别强调以“技术图谱”为工具打通战略到执行的断层,并依托“四链融合”构建系统性创新生态。以 期为我国加快形成新发展格局、建设科技强国提供理论参考与实践指引。
