Demonstrates efficient water collection with hygroscopic paper, suggesting innovative solutions for water scarcity.
Atmospheric Water Harvesting In article number e70889, Lin Dai, Wenshuai Chen, Chenyu Li, Chuanling Si, and co-workers report a hygroscopic and photothermal paper that can rapidly adsorb and release moisture, produced by industrial paper-making processes. The developed crawler-type harvester with flexibly optimized rotating speed enables continuous atmospheric water harvesting and high productivity of water. This strategy provides new insights for scalable atmospheric water-generation systems.
