Abstract

路基压实度是控制道路工程质量的核心指标之一,直接影响路面结构的稳定性、耐久性和使用性能。传 统压实度检测方法(如灌砂法、环刀法)虽精度高,但操作繁琐、耗时长、破坏性强,难以满足现代公路建设对高效、 无损、实时质量控制的需求。近年来,多种快速无损检测技术被引入路基压实度检测领域,包括核子密度仪法、落球 式弯沉仪法(fwd)、便携式落锤弯沉仪(pfwd)、地质雷达(gpr)以及智能压路机集成系统等。本文系统梳理了 上述主流快速检测方法的基本原理、技术特点与适用条件,通过理论分析、现场试验与数据对比,综合评估其在不同 土质、含水率、施工阶段下的检测精度、效率及经济性,并提出基于工程场景的选型建议。研究表明:核子密度仪适 用于细粒土且需严格校准;pfwd在粗粒土中表现优异,具有良好的重复性;智能压路机可实现全过程连续监测,但 需配合点测验证;多方法融合是未来压实质量智能管控的发展方向。本研究可为公路、铁路等基础设施建设中的压实 质量控制提供技术参考。
