History and development of medical studies at the University of Witten/Herdecke – an example of “continuous reform”

Due to the small size of UW/H, reforms can be tested quickly and implemented with ease and flexibility. This facilitates a "laboratory setting" for the testing of future-oriented innovations. The small size has allowed various concepts to be able to be used as models, thus serving as stimuli for larger change in medical studies in Germany.
