Framework proposes a structured mediation architecture for quantum-state and geometry relations, suggesting new observational implications.
PEQSF-1 establishes the foundational framework layer of the PEQSF™ sequence by introducing a structured descriptive architecture for addressing the operational relation among quantum-state structure, realized outcomes, and relativistic geometric-observational structure. The framework proposes that the persistent tension among quantum-state description, measurement outcome realization, and relativistic geometric observability may reflect the absence of an explicitly represented mediation layer within current physical description. To investigate this possibility, the work develops a structured mediation architecture incorporating internal decomposition, mediation coupling relations, stability criteria, threshold-sensitive transition conditions, mediation reconfiguration dynamics, and experimentally addressable observational consequences. The resulting framework is presented not as a replacement for quantum mechanics or relativity, but as a formally structured candidate architecture through which the quantum–measurement–geometry triad may be reformulated in operationally coherent terms.
