The aim of this research is to measure and analyze the effect of ladder training on increasing the agility of karate athletes aged 14 - 16 years. This type of research is experimental research using pre-test and post-test. The agility test used in this research was the hexagonal agility test. The sample was 40 karate athletes with an average age of 15.1 ± 0.7 years and training experience of 4.1 ± 5.4 years. There were 2 groups, namely the control group and the training group using a ladder drill. This exercise was carried out 18 times with 3 meetings a week.
