On the ground of a model of aqueous solution of strong electrolyte proposed by the author a theoretical interpretation on the dielectric behaviors are made. A general theory of distribution of relaxation time given by Fröhlich are used as a basis. The conclusions obtained can explain satisfactorily the experimental facts that both dielectric constant and dielectric loss decrease almost linearly with the concentration and that there occurs a break around a critical point which partitions the whole into the dilute range and the concentrated range. When the experimental data are substituted in reverse, the quantities such as relaxation time and static contribution to dielectric constants, are shown to be determined corresponding to each state of water molecule. This procedure is done with NaCl solution at different temperatures.
