Randomized theoretical framework analyzes cognitive mimesis in extraterrestrial contexts, suggesting new insights on cosmic interactions.
English Version This contribution develops the concept of Cognitive Mimesis integrated into the NIS/SNI Model (Systemic Non-Interference) within the framework of SETO (Search for Extra Terrestrial Observing) research. The NIS/SNI Model moves strictly within a biocentric and radically non-anthropocentric paradigm, a theoretical necessity dictated by the hypothesis of the rarity of Earths upon which complex life evolves. Adopting this resolution scenario to the Fermi Paradox, the analysis offers a paradigm shift in research through the metaphor of the mimetic methodology employed in wildlife photography, here assumed as a pivotal example of Cosmic Ethology (E. Pennazza, 2026, From Cosmic Ethology to SETO: The Systemic Non-Interference (SNI) Scenario as a Solution to the Fermi Paradox, Zenodo, DOI https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18878297). The work hypothesizes the scenario of an interaction with a Kardashev scale Type III CET (Cosmic Technological Civilization). Within this framework of structurally unbridgeable evolutionary, scientific, and technological asymmetry, a natural control system is generated, inside of which the terrestrial biosphere rises to the status of a rare, spontaneous, and non-replicable informational heritage, while human technological achievements lose any centrality relative to the ensemble of global biological mechanisms. The essay demonstrates how this control and the consequent invisibility of the Observer do not require invasive engineering efforts, but rather result intrinsically spontaneous and energetically economical precisely due to the cognitive discrepancies of the observed subject: operating within the perceptual limits and positivistic dogmas of anthropocentric science, the Alterity disappears by methodological decree of the observed subject, who translates "the hand of the Observer" as an inert characteristic of the landscape. Finally, the concept is extended to local interaction through the dynamic of Induced Pareidolia, highlighting how the very mind of the witness fabricates the cultural mask that dissipates and neutralizes the objective data. From Cosmic Ethology to SETO: The Systemic Non-Interference (SNI) Scenario as a Solution to the Fermi Paradox, Zenodo, DOI https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18878297).
