The Green Protein Sustainable Intelligent Bio-Optimization System is an integrated biotechnology and AI-based solution designed to address agricultural waste pollution and the increasing cost of protein sources. A social survey conducted across multiple Egyptian governorates revealed that 96% of participants struggle with high protein prices, over 75% regularly observe agricultural waste burning, and 93% are willing to consume affordable plant-based protein alternatives. The project converts fallen deciduous tree leaves into nutritionally balanced protein through Leaf Protein Concentrate (LPC) extraction combined with complementary plant proteins such as lentils and soybeans. An AI-supported optimization model was used to formulate balanced amino acid profiles according to FAO/WHO 2013 nutritional standards. As a validated case study, sycamore leaf protein was blended with lentil protein in an optimized ratio of 55:45, producing 100 g of pure protein at an estimated cost of 0.36 USD Nutritional analysis and extraction yields were experimentally validated at the Alexandria Research Center laboratories. The system follows a zero-waste circular economy approach by converting residual biomass into an organic soil enhancer that demonstrated improved plant growth efficiency during cultivation experiments. Toxicity and nutritional safety assessments confirmed the suitability of the protein for human consumption. The extracted protein was also successfully incorporated into a high-protein bread product containing more than 20 g of protein per serving.
