Deliverable D2.1 identifies resources for semiconductor services in Lithuania, suggesting collaboration opportunities.
This deliverable presents the inventory of equipment, infrastructure and other resources made available by the partners of the Lithuanian Chips Competence Centre (ChipsC²-LT) for the provision of services in advanced semiconductor technologies. It catalogues the capabilities available across the consortium (FTMC, Vilnius University, Vilnius Gediminas Technical University / VILNIUS TECH, and Kaunas University of Technology) in the centre's four focus areas: chip design, power electronics, heterogeneous integration, and photonic integrated circuits. This document is Deliverable D2.1 of the ChipsC²-LT project (Work Package 2). Funded by the European Union under the Digital Europe Programme, call DIGITAL-Chips-2024-SG-CCC-1, grant agreement No 101217991 (ChipsC²-LT).
