Blockchain oracles play a pivotal role within the blockchain ecosystem by facilitating the transfer of off-chain data to the on-chain blockchain. Nevertheless, they confront an array of formidable challenges, including untrustworthy data source nodes, data leakage, and performance issues related to multi-party signatures. This research addresses these issues by proposing a solution based on FROST (Flexible Round-Optimized Schnorr Threshold) threshold signatures. The objective of this solution is to meet the security requirements essential for blockchain oracles while simultaneously reducing computational overhead, thus rendering it highly applicable in blockchain environments.
