Introduction of fluctuating forces into the phenomenological equations of irreversible processes allows us to treat the irreversible processes as Brownian motions. Along this method Fokker-Planck's equation describing the probability of occurrence of a set of events is obtained and Onsager's reciprocal relations and the principle of the least dissipation of energy are derived. An interpretation of irreversible production of entropy is proposed. Finally a critique of Popov and Karanikolov's theory is given.
