We investigate closed Riemannian 3-manifolds which satisfy extremal condition. Using monopole equations and considering action of the covering transformations, we decide the structure of such 3-manifolds. As a result, we the geometry of 3-manifolds with monopole classes dual Thurston norm is equal to one.
