PG2: What is the charter for your new group? RA2: UnitedHealth Group is built on a history of innovations, but we also realize we can improve our ability to bring more value to the market through innovation. We are figuring out the ways we can enable good ideas and new concepts to be nurtured and developed in some new spaces. We are also looking at how we enable everyone across our organization to better contribute to innovation through collaboration. Lastly, we are looking at an enterprise-wide learning and development strategy that is tailored to all functions and roles, and enhance our competencies across the organization.
