Treatment included steroid eye drops, pulse therapy, and short-term adalimumab following recurrent uveitis.
Initial treatment led to improvement in symptoms and clinical remission.
Recurrent uveitis occurred twice during tapering of prednisolone despite mycophenolate mofetil.
Short-term adalimumab therapy successfully prevented further recurrences, allowing for tapering and discontinuation of prednisolone.
