In recent years, antenna technology has worked to generate and assess several lists of antenna and antenna array designs covering the entire THz spectrum. The next generation wireless communication system will be extended to 0.1-10 THz terahertz (THz) or more frequency range to meet new expectations. The increasing need for ultra-high-speed communication and increased data rates has led to the development of generation wireless communication systems. Initially, by incorporating Carbon Nanotubes (CNTs) into a single antenna, the bandwidth is examined for various combinations using Antenna return loss, Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR), Antenna gain, and Antenna directivity. After silicon and polyimide were studied parametrically for substrate thicknesses and antenna performance using the Arlon AD255C property. We constructed and investigated a range of antenna array topologies, including 2*2 array, 2*4 array, 4*2 array, and 2*8 array, with the aim of increasing the Carbon Nanotube antenna gain and directivity.
