As digital education rapidly evolves, higher vocational psychology teaching faces increasing pressure to transform. Traditional methods often struggle to meet students' diverse learning needs due to constraints of time and space. The emergence of deep learning technology offers intelligent support for remote education, making the process more interactive and efficient. This study explores the application of deep learning in remote psychology education, with a focus on emotion recognition, learning behavior analysis, and personalized resource recommendations. Through platform development and empirical research, it evaluates the effectiveness of this approach in enhancing student engagement and mental health literacy. The results show that deep learning-based remote teaching improves the learning experience, promotes autonomy, and fosters psychological interaction. The study also offers suggestions for optimizing intelligent psychology courses and supporting the future development of digital education.
