Congenital uterine abnormalities cause high rates of infertility and unfavorable obstetric outcomes, such as fetal developmental restriction, miscarriages, and premature labor. We present a rare case of a 22-year-old female with a unicornuate uterus and a history of a ruptured rudimentary horn pregnancy. She underwent an emergency cesarean section at 35 weeks, delivering a healthy female baby without intraoperative complications. This case report emphasizes the possible hazards and obstacles associated with pregnancy in a unicornuate uterus.
