The previous four notes established what the methodology landscape looks like, why methods fail at the wrong level, why some contradictions should not be resolved, and how the StratoAtlas model is structured. This note provides the operational entry point: a set of diagnostic questions that help locate a problem in the coordinate space before a method is chosen. Questions are organised in three groups — system level, contradiction type, and action type — and followed by a worked example. This note is designed to be used, not read once.
