The ABC Paragraph Structure—A = Abstract, B = Body, C = Conclusion—has evolved over two decades into a universal structural principle for clear, coherent, and culturally independent written communication. First introduced in 2007, formalized in 2016, and integrated into Technorhetoric Version 3.0 (2026), the ABC model provides a syntactic framework that governs the internal organization of a paragraph. This study documents the historical development of the ABC Paragraph Structure from 2007 to 2026 and analyzes its cognitive, structural, and cross‑cultural advantages. Through historical analysis, structural modeling, cross‑cultural comparison, cognitive evaluation, and cross‑intelligence communication modeling, the paper demonstrates that ABC functions as a universal architecture for technical, academic, organizational, and AI‑human communication. The study also shows how ABC reorganizes traditional rhetorical patterns such as kishōtenketsu(起承転結) and aligns with Western IBC and IMRAD structures. Within Technorhetoric Version 3.0, ABC is positioned as a Level‑1 structural principle that supports reproducibility, interpretive stability, and alignment across languages and intelligences.
