This paper presents V34 of the ECSM electron-like packet programme. V34 combines three originally separate next-step audits into one unified internal consistency test: a low-transfer form-factor slope and radius-like scale audit, a density/current same-envelope form-factor consistency audit, and a radiative/scattering same-scale consistency audit. The audit inherits the V33 Gaussian-density form factor and response scale, kᵣesponse = 5140. 698767738036 keV, and derives a finite response-envelope radius-like scale rᵣms = 38. 385244752791856 fm. This is not claimed as a measured electron charge radius. The final V34 audit returns PASSUNIFIEDFORMFACTORRADIUSCURRENTRADIATIVEAUDIT, with 31/31 criteria passed. The density/current same-envelope maximum relative difference is zero, the maximum fractional scale mismatch across running, scattering, radius, and current-envelope sectors is zero, and the V33 low-transfer improvements remain retained. No measured charge radius, measured scattering data, or measured running-alpha data are used as fits. No parameters are adjusted after comparison. No empirical electron charge radius, microscopic current derivation, full QED scattering calculation, renormalised S-matrix, or precision Mott/Rutherford prediction is claimed.
