This paper establishes a complete noetic-affective field evolutionary system grounded on the binary ontology of Noetic (Ψ) and Xi (Ξ). Building on prior frameworks—PFUSRC-42 (Noetic Field Steady-State Theory), PFUSRC-54B (Cumulative Weak Interaction of Affective Elements), and PFUSRC-54D (Noetic-Affective Core Dynamics)—this study introduces a life-order magnitude threshold system to explain the essential differences between ordinary organisms and human civilization carriers. The core innovation lies in the definition of Noetic-Xi Order State (Θ) and its critical threshold Θc. All known life forms on Earth are categorized into three hierarchical magnitudes: unidirectional primitive life, intermediate differentiated life, and high-order integrated life. Only humans cross the critical magnitude threshold (Θ ≥ Θc), possessing complete multi-dimensional structural integrity and serving as the fundamental prototype of high-level noetic-affective energetic carriers. Upon crossing the threshold, the living carrier spontaneously generates a five-layer hierarchical Xi cohesion field: individual field, clan field, ethnos field, national field, and total civilization field. By constructing the unified guiding parameter Λ, this paper quantitatively derives the dual-field mechanism of positive field assistance and reverse field suppression, rigorously demonstrating why ritual inheritance and collective cohesion must be preserved while theocratic extremism must be eliminated during civilizational evolution. This work completes a full logical closure from biological hierarchical threshold breakthrough → carrier structural completeness → multi-layer field condensation → intelligent dynamic equilibrium → civilized transformation, providing a new physical-field paradigm for interpreting the origin, hierarchy, and evolution of human civilization.
