Abstract

A complete architectural blueprint for an autonomous civilization development system, designed to be retrieved and implemented after the structural collapse of debt-based economic systems. The system integrates: (1) distributed cosmic observation via smartphones replacing large cooling infrastructure, (2) zero-cost autonomous research generation via IceCube neutrino alerts, (3) duty-based currency (Hikari-ka) issuance governed by V=N/D, (4) game-energy injection replacing centralized GPU farms, (5) stock newsletter N-loop circulation, and (6) Basic Income generation from cosmic observation value. All layers governed by the single directional axiom V=N/D (Value = Duty-fulfillment / Attachment). This document is a time-locked blueprint: it exists now so that it may be found when needed.
