Informational-Processual Monism – Scientific Core and Fallibilist Ontology

The robust simulation invariants (R1–R3) now support a stronger interpretation — informational as ontologically primitive. The present formulation supersedes the earlier descriptive reading and defends a fully informational‑processual monism.
