Mathematical modeling and computer simulation is an important area within engineering education. Experience shows that mathematic modeling techniques as a subject of engineering formation are not readily assimilated by students because they present a highly iterative process, where different engineering areas are involved. Today's affordable PCs, and software development tools permit the development of interactive graphical visualization environments that could revolutionize engineering systems analysis, modeling, research, and education. The author presents in this paper the use of models and education software for simulation of physic phenomena during the education process of electrical engineering students.
