Abstract

Technical interview preparation platforms today offer generic problem sets that lack company-specific context. ShadowIntern is a multi-agent LLM framework that extracts a target company's engineering culture from public data sources and uses it to generate contextually grounded tasks, simulate company-calibrated code review, and conduct mock interviews. The system employs five specialised agents: Company Intelligence, Culture Modeller, Task Generator, Shadow Mentor, and Interview Simulator.
