Classical interpretations of Data Gravity describe the tendency for large datasets to attract computation, applications, and services toward themselves. This paperproposes an alternative and emergent interpretation observed during the iterative development of a land governance and coalition analysis platform known asBIO MIX.Under this interpretation, data does not merely attract computation. As relational density increases, data begins attracting contextual, procedural, semantic,and governance structures. Ownership relationships evolve into coalition structures. Coalition structures evolve into legitimacy questions. Governance boundaries emerge naturally from the interaction of relationships embedded within the data itself.The observations presented in this paper emerged unintentionally through iterative software development and human interaction with interconnected land ownership records, governance entities, trust structures, voting thresholds, and coalition modelling systems. The resulting architecture began exhibiting semantic boundaryformation without those boundaries being fully specified in advance.This paper proposes that sufficiently interconnected relational systems may exhibit emergent semantic gravity, whereby data accumulates meaning and governanceimplications over time through relational attraction.
