Consecutive formation constants of Cd (II) complexes of isonicotinoylhydrazine (INH) were determined by the polarographic method. A series of solutions containing 0.001M Cd2+, 1.0M NaNO3 and INH in concentration varying from 0.05 to 1.0M were used for the measurement of id and E1/2. The method of De Ford and Hume was modified for calculation of concentration equilidrium constants Kj'. The results were [numerical formula] These results, especially K'3, however, did not agree with the constants obtained by pH titration method which will be shown in the later report.
