The scientific task of choosing the organizational structure in the project of value-oriented engineering of a construction company is set. The product configuration of the value-oriented engineering project of a construction company has been determined. Models of management of the organizational structure of construction companies are proposed. In particular, the following are proposed: the model of organizational structure selection, the model of organizational structure formation, the model of organizational structure development. A model of creating the organizational structure of a construction company in the form of a formal five is proposed. SWOT analysis of the proposed models was performed. Prospects for further research in the chosen direction are formulated.
