The Distribution Department fenpei si of the State Systemic Reform Commission recently convened a symposium. Invited to participate were relevant comrades from nine departmentsâthe State Planning Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the People's Bank, the State Bureau of Industry and Commerce, the State Statistical Bureau, the General Office of the State Administration of Taxation, the Bureau of Labor, the Bureau of Personnel, and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions.
