Dimensional Evolution (DE) is a unified geometric framework proposing that physical phenomena across quantum, classical, biological, and cosmological scales arise from structured coherence governed by conservation laws and boundary-conditioned geometry. This Core Scientific Manuscript establishes the canonical foundations of Dimensional Evolution, introducing its primary primitives: collapse curvature, resonance-shell structure, tether networks, coherence flow, and verse–inverse domain coupling. Within this framework, measurement, interaction, nonlocal correlation, and apparent energy dissipation emerge as deterministic geometric processes rather than intrinsically probabilistic or annihilative effects. The Core Paper is intended as the foundational anchor for the Dimensional Evolution research program. It does not replace existing physical theories but demonstrates how established formalisms—including Quantum Mechanics, General Relativity, Quantum Field Theory, and Thermodynamics—arise as limiting cases of a deeper coherence-driven geometry. Mathematical elaboration, experimental validation, and domain-specific applications are developed in associated Companion Papers (CP) and Specialized Papers (SP). This manuscript prioritizes internal consistency, testability, and compatibility with existing empirical results. --- Project website: https://de-theory.com This work is part of the Dimensional Evolution research program.
