The 6th Republican Students’ Scientific-Practical Conference on the topic “Sustainability and Global Communication: Language, Education and Innovation” is organized by the English Language Department of Kimyo International University in Tashkent. The conference aims to create an academic platform where students, young researchers, and scientific supervisors can present their research findings, exchange innovative ideas, and discuss current issues related to sustainable development, education, language, communication, and innovation. A major focus of the conference is the integration of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into education and research. In particular, the conference highlights the importance of SDG 4: Quality Education, which promotes inclusive, equitable, and lifelong learning opportunities for all. It also addresses other relevant goals such as SDG 5: Gender Equality, SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities, SDG 13: Climate Action, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals. Through these themes, the conference encourages participants to explore how education, language learning, digital innovation, environmental awareness, and social responsibility can contribute to building a more sustainable and inclusive society. The conference is highly valuable for students because it develops their academic research skills, critical thinking, creativity, and ability to communicate scientific ideas in English. By participating in the conference, students gain experience in writing academic articles, presenting research, discussing social and educational challenges, and proposing practical solutions. It also helps them build confidence, improve public speaking skills, and become more active participants in academic and professional communities. For teachers and academic supervisors, the conference provides an opportunity to guide students in research-based learning, promote innovative teaching methods, and strengthen the connection between classroom knowledge and real-world issues. It encourages teachers to integrate sustainability, global communication, and interdisciplinary approaches into their lessons. Moreover, the conference supports teachers in developing students’ awareness of global challenges and preparing them to become responsible, competent, and socially engaged future specialists. The thematic areas of the conference cover sustainable education and human capital development, innovation and digital transformation, language and global communication, environmental sustainability, social inclusion, equality, youth leadership, and sustainable partnerships. These directions allow participants to approach sustainability from different academic and professional perspectives. The conference welcomes empirical, theoretical, and conceptual articles that analyze relevant problems, identify their causes, and offer science-based suggestions and recommendations. Overall, the conference plays an important role in promoting research culture, academic collaboration, and sustainable thinking among students and teachers. It contributes to the development of innovative, inclusive, and sustainability-oriented education in Uzbekistan and encourages young researchers to connect local academic initiatives with global development priorities.
