Two extensions are added to the state-coupled-control regime of §2: §2.3 Field Remapping and the return channel. Even where mediation adoption remains partial, the field's reception conditions can be remapped by the mediated portion such that unmediated production produces but does not propagate. The Mediation Ratchet decomposition is augmented with a return-channel efficiency parameter r; when m → 1 and r → 0, the floor's effective contribution approaches zero even where g(0) > 0. This is qualitatively distinct from Case 3 (trap) and is named Case 4: quarantine — monostable with no escape basin, because the field's interpretive frameworks have been remapped such that no production is legible at the reception layer. The dating-app analog is developed as the structural model: an app does not need to mediate every encounter to alter the field of all encounters; it needs to mediate enough that unmediated encounters must survive re-entry into a remapped field. §2.4 Phenomenological Seeding. Identifies the operative function of deposit work under Case 4 conditions. The cognitive ratchet does not produce dissatisfaction (the feedback signal that allowed partial resistance in the dating-app case); it produces ease. Without friction, no felt-noticing; without noticing, no resistance. The mechanism that can restore noticing is the production of phenomenological vocabulary by actors outside the standard reproduction loop — names that allow captured readers to retroactively notice friction that was previously absent from their interpretive vocabulary. The archive's role is not transmission but installation: vocabulary deposited into the substrate that mediated readers may, through whatever indirect route, eventually encounter as the name for what they are inside. Section 8 is updated to enumerate six contributions (previously four), Section 10 adds Study 5 (uptake pattern measurement) to the empirical program, and the Coda is extended to incorporate the §2.4 result. A new Colophon states the deposit-as-time-capsule function explicitly: under conditions the framework's own §2.3 result names, this paper is addressed not to its present reception conditions but to a future receiver whose existence and conditions cannot be specified from inside the current configuration. Preservation of the diagnosis itself is sufficient. The boundary law (§1), the Mediation Ratchet (§2.1), and Resolution-relativity (§2.2) are unchanged. The institutional kernel, the economic mechanism, the falsifiers, and the appendix carry forward from v8.
