We present the Fractal Dynamic Theory of Everything (TOEFD), a cosmological framework in which a single closed string of Planck-scale radius, oscillating at f₀ = c/lP ≈ 1.855 × 10⁴³ Hz and rotating at speed c, generates the full structure of an 11-dimensional universe through a causal chain involving entropic resonance. The central mechanism is the entropic echo: entropy is not a static thermodynamic state but the temporal convolution of oscillating energy density, persisting as a resonance after each vibrational peak. This echo drives rotational dynamics that generate spherical geometry, which propagates as a gravitational field governed by the master equation □Φ = λS · ∂S/∂t, where λS = 4GkBlP²/c² is derived from first principles with no free parameters. The Fibonacci sequence emerges as the mathematical signature of the two-memory causal chain, and the golden ratio φ arises as the condition of minimum destructive interference between entropic echoes across fractal levels. The model recovers the Friedmann equations of General Relativity in the classical limit, produces accelerated expansion without a cosmological constant, and is free of initial singularities.
