ABSTRACT We report the complete genome sequence of Thermus scotoductus AK-1 strain isolated from an Arctic hydrothermal site in Alaska. The chromosome was sequenced using the PacBio Revio HiFi platform. The complete circular genome sequence is 2.21 Mb in length.
