Establishes a bijection between wide subcategories and torsion classes, suggesting new relationships in mathematical structures.
In this paper, we study the relationship between wide subcategories and torsion classes of an extriangulated length category. Firstly, we establish a bijection between wide subcategories and torsion classes under certain assumptions. Secondly, we characterize wide intervals from the point of view of lattice theory. Then we generalize some results of Asai-Pfeifer on wide intervals in abelian length categories.
