Evaluates AI platform's accuracy in disease prediction for healthcare support.
MEDICUS LABS is a multi-modal healthcare intelligence platform that integrates Computer Vision, Large Language Models, Natural Language Processing, and cloud-native technologies to provide AI-assisted healthcare support. The system enables symptom analysis, skin disease detection, medical report interpretation, disease prediction, risk assessment, medicine recommendations, nutritional guidance, and downloadable health reports through a web platform and Telegram bot. The skin disease detection module is trained on a dataset of 160,000 dermatological images aggregated from HAM10000, ISIC 2019, ISIC Complete Archive, and DermNet NZ. Experimental evaluation achieved an overall accuracy of 91.3% and a weighted F1-score of 0.913 across seven disease classes. The platform demonstrates a scalable and accessible approach to AI-assisted preliminary healthcare, particularly for resource-constrained environments.
