Research analyzes how gamification enhances language skills in high school students, suggesting effective educational strategies.
This article examines the pedagogical effectiveness of gamification and role-play simulations in teaching the state language to high school students (grades 9-11), who represent the "digital native" generation. The research analyzes the transformation of the student from a passive recipient into an active subject through the implementation of the PBL (Points, Badges, Leaderboards) model and thematic quests, such as "The Great Silk Road". By utilizing the "Source of Wisdom" visual scenario, the study scientifically evaluates how role-play simulations enhance speech culture and social-professional competencies. The findings suggest that integrating game mechanics into the curriculum fosters intrinsic motivation, ensuring long-term knowledge retention and the practical application of linguistic skills in real-world contexts.
