Speculative framework explores substrate dynamics, galaxy behavior, and black hole discontinuities, suggesting new cosmic insights.
Version 0.7 of Laminated Elastic Substrate Theory (LEST) expands the previous preprint with a more explicit external-validation structure and additional postulates. It adds continuous substrate flow, low-pressure condensation, substrate coherence and memory, and environment-dependent substrate response as formal assumptions of the framework. This version develops the isolated-galaxy substrate-response law, derives flat rotation behavior and the baryonic Tully-Fisher relation from the same acceleration relation, and introduces a cosmic-scale interpretation of the isolated-galaxy acceleration parameter through the background substrate rhythm. It also adds a cluster-scale extension in which the effective substrate response depends on coherent galaxy-vortex number and cluster pre-stress. Version 0.7 further includes a Bullet-Cluster-style merging-cluster model based on substrate vortex memory, coherent galaxy cores, shocked gas, and substrate-wave disturbance. The external validation appendix has been updated with additional tests and falsification criteria for isolated galaxies, weak lensing, cluster acceleration scales, and merging-cluster offsets. The manuscript remains an independent theoretical preprint. It is intended for open discussion, mathematical development, and external testing, not as a claim of completed experimental proof.
