The purpose is to illustrate a novel operative approach for distal urethral strictures. Objective The objective of this video is to demonstrate the step-by-step technique of transurethral ventral buccal mucosa inlay urethroplasty for the management of distal urethral strictures. Methods The video presents a live surgical demonstration. The procedure involves transurethral access to the distal urethra, ventral urethrotomy under direct vision, and inlay placement of a buccal mucosa graft.
