(760) Our Experience with Infla 10AX Rigicon Penile Prosthesis: 100 Cases

Introduction Penile implant are gold standard treatment for E.D. when no other medical treatment is saysfactory. We present the first 100 cases performed in a Center of Excellence for penile implant surgery with the latest implant available in the market: rigicon infla10ax. Objective To present our experience with the first 70 cases of the Rigicon AX penile prosthesis and compare the statistics to the other implants avalible in the market. Methods Retrospective study of patients implanted in the last 4 years with this prosthesis, presenting statistics on satisfaction (edits) and complication rate and comparing them to the first 100 implants of the other two available brands. Results 100 cases with a minimum follow-up of 12 months post-implantation performed by 3 surgeons all belonging to the same center of excellence in penile implant surgery. Conclusions The Rigocon AX implant matches the satisfaction and durability results of those implants already available on the market.
