From Leadership Philosophy to Institutional Integration: Policy Quality as a Pathway for Open Education Reform in Vietnamese Higher Education

This OSF project provides the anonymised dataset and supporting materials associated with the manuscript “From Leadership Philosophy to Institutional Integration: Policy Quality as a Pathway for Open Education Reform in Vietnamese Higher Education.” The study examines the relationship between educational leadership philosophical orientation, open education policy quality, and institutional integration among higher education leaders in Vietnam. The quantitative analysis uses survey data from 227 respondents and applies structural equation modelling to test the proposed mediation model. The shared materials are intended to support transparency, verification, and responsible data sharing. The dataset has been anonymised and does not include personally identifiable information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, institutional identifiers, or direct participant identifiers.
