This note discusses the dynamics of the accelerated odd Collatz map, highlighting its mathematical properties.
We discuss the accelerated odd Collatz map through an Eulerian unified observation: the map may be read at once as an exact finite multiplicative balance, a motion on the unit circle, and a one-way passage through residue classes. The note formulates the self-sustaining branch condition that a visible non-principal obstruction would have to carry, while not presenting the result as a proof of the Collatz conjecture.
