The Hamiltonian of the universe is not a functional dened over matter elds living in a background geometry it is the geometric Hamiltonian of the Fano spacetime lattice. This identity, Huniverse = Hlattice, is not a duality or correspondence; it is a statement that matter, radiation, and gravity are all modes of the same lattice. The lattice Hamiltonian decomposes as: Hlattice = Hsump + HTT + Hfocal + Hint where Hsump is the background sump gradient energy (dark energy, ΩΛ = 0.685), HTT is the energy of transverse-traceless shear wave modes (gravitons and photons, Ωr ≈5× 10−5 today), Hfocal is the energy of focal deceleration zones (all rest mass, Ωm = 0.315), and Hint is the lattice-geometry interaction coupling with coecient α = 0.40446. The Weyl/Ricci curvature decomposition of GR is identied exactly with the TT/trace mode split of the lattice Hamiltonian a consequence of ν = −1 (the auxetic Poisson ratio), which sets the cross-coupling |1 + ν| = 0 between TT and trace sectors to zero. The formula E = mc2 is derived as a lattice identity: the rest energy of a focal zone equals its elastic strain energy, and c is the brane propagation speed (maximum group velocity). The WheelerDeWitt problem of time is resolved: Hlattice ̸= 0 because time is a real physical degree of freedom of the H+ quaternionic brane (Paper LXIV), not a gauge artifact to be constrained.
