Explores the Minkowski metric's cosmological consistency, deriving electroweak unification and excluding GUTs.
This paper addresses the cosmological consistency of the Minkowski metric under simultaneous variation of c(t) ∝H(t) and ℏ(t) ∝H(t)3. The metric remains consistent because the combination c(t)2dt2 - dx2 is frame-independent at each epoch; the variation of c(t) modies the scale of the lightcone but not its geometry. Electroweak unication is derived from the G2 structure: SU(2) × U(1) unify at the scale where the H+ quaternionic algebra becomes the dominant symmetry, which is T_EW ∼100 GeV. GUT unication (SU(5), SO(10)) is excluded because extending the gauge group beyond G2 has no octonionic basis. The prediction sin2θ_W = 3/8 at unication is derived from the G2 projection.
