Extended treatise proposes NeXA 11 Safeguard Protocol to enhance learning environments in early childhood education, suggesting systemic cognitive offloading risks.
This extended treatise establishes a rigorous theoretical framework addressing the rapid, unregulated convergence of generative AI models and intelligent digital assistants within early childhood educational landscapes. While contemporary technological integration models consistently celebrate immediate operational efficiencies and optimized information retrieval, they fundamentally overlook critical structural risks to the biological architecture of developing minds. In this paper, we introduce the concept of Systemic Cognitive Offloading (SCO) to highlight the risks posed by the integration of AI in early childhood education—particularly its impact on neuroplasticity and critical thinking. To address these vulnerabilities, we propose the NeXA 11 Safeguard Protocol to help recalibrate human-machine interactions and ensure balanced learning environments.
