The T2/T2* framework modies compact object astrophysics through three channels: (1) external modication of the potential landscape around black holes (the ve-zone structure) ; (2) time-varying Chandrasekhar mass MCh (z) ∝H (z) 6 enabling super-Chandrasekhar collapses at high redshift; (3) T2/T2* eects on compact object formation environments and merger rates. The event horizon itself is essentially unmoved (correction δrₛ/rₛ ∼ (rₛ/rT2*) 2 ∼10−22), but the ve-zone structure creates a physically distinct saddle point at r = rT2* that sets the galactic rotation curve scale, the MBH-σ relation, and the LRD compact sizes (15-150 light days for MBH = 105-107 MM⊙). The Chandrasekhar limit modication predicts super-Chandrasekhar BH seeds at z = 5-10 in the mass range 104-106 MM⊙, consistent with the revised LRD BH masses (Nature 2026). Six new predictions (Predictions 50-55) follow from this analysis. Part of the One-Octonion Brane-Bulk Framework series. Anchor DOI: 10. 5281/zenodo. 19120873. Community: one-octonion-brane-bulk.
