Formal note extends the c²-Model by exploring emergence and relational stability in structures.
This formal note is the second in a series of formal supplements to Version 9.0 of the c²-Model of Realities. It extends the minimal stability-accessibility relation developed in Formal Notes I by examining emergence, persistence, and relational structure. The note argues that stable reality should not be understood only in terms of isolated objects, but also in terms of stable relations, collective configurations, recurrent patterns, and emergent structures. It develops the idea that observable collective structures arise where relational configurations become dynamically stable and physically accessible: S_coll,obs = S_coll ∩ S_stable ∩ S_accessible The work does not introduce a new version of the c²-Model and does not claim empirical confirmation. It is intended as a formal supplement to Version 9.0 and as a continuation of the theory-condensation process begun in Formal Notes I. The document contains both an English and a German version.
