Develops a multifunctional CsPbBr3-based fiber array, indicating enhanced optical and electronic properties.
Perovskite quantum dots (PQDs) have emerged as highly promising semiconductors for the next generation of photoelectric devices. To develop an advanced PQDs-based polyfunctional material with preeminent fluorescence-magnetism-conduction, we create [CsPbBr 3 (CPB)/poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA)]//[CoFe 2 O 4 /PMMA]//[PANI/PMMA] similar-tricolor-shaped fibers and similar-tricolor-shaped fiber array (named as SFA) by triaxial parallel electrospinning. The interior of the similar-tricolor-shaped fiber can form three independent micropartitions, ensuring spatial separation among the three functional substances to avoid harmful influences to gain polyfunctions. A similar tricolor-shaped fiber enables effective suppression of the adverse impacts of dark-colored CoFe 2 O 4 and PANI on the fluorescence of CPB PQDs; concurrently, the insulated substances do not interfere with the formation of the PANI conductive network, achieving the effect of killing two birds with one stone in terms of the designed microstructure. Under ultraviolet excitation, SFA exhibits bright green fluorescence. By tuning the contents of CoFe 2 O 4 and PANI, SFA achieves tunable magnetisms and conductivities, and a high anisotropic conductivity degree of 10 7 is obtained. The design concept and technique greatly advance the performance optimization of PQDs-based polyfunctional materials.
